Standard was ranked among the top 200 high school players in the nation in 1994 by Hoop Scoop Magazine and graduated Cornell ranked 5th in the Big Red's career assists leaders with 320. As of February 4, 2009, Cornell's Louis Dale has 285 career assists. Chuck Rolles ('56) holds the record with 378 followed by Josh Wexler ('88) with 377.
