COLUMBIA AND CORNELL DO IT AGAIN IN NEW YORK CITY
Columbia has its sights set on a rematch with Cornell after the Big Red put together a 74-53 win in Ithaca, N.Y. last Saturday. After Cornell jumped out to a quick 16-point lead, Columbia came back to get within eight points late in the first half, but Cornell closed out the half by scoring eight unanswered points to take an 18-point lead into halftime. Kevin Bulger led Columbia with nine points and three rebounds, while Jeff Foote paced Cornell with 12 points and 10 rebounds. Ryan Wittman and Chris Wroblewski had 13 apiece for the Big Red.

20-20 VISION
Sophomore Noruwa Agho has scored at least 20 points eight times this season, the most among all Ivy League players. Agho enters the game as the top three-point shooter in the nation, as he is making 56.5 percent of his shots from three-point range (39 of 69 this season).

LIONS HAVE WINNING MARK IN IVY OPENERS AT LEVIEN
Columbia is 21-14 in Ivy League home openers since Levien Gym opened prior to the 1974-75 season. The Lions actually won 10 straight Ivy home openers, beginning during that 1974-75 season, until the 1983-84 season.
